BRUCE HANKE
Bruce is a realist painter whose training began at Pratt Institute in New York City. His works are created exclusively in oil on hand prepared canvas and are shown in galleries in New York, London, Connecticut and Massachusetts and are in private collections internationally such as the Omer Koc Self-Portrait Collection in Istanbul Turkey.
Bruce’s works have won inclusion in national and international juried competitions such as The 2010 BP Portrait Award Exhibition at The National Portrait Gallery in London and The American Artists Professional League’s 82nd and 83rd Grand National Exhibitions in New York City. Works have also been published on The National Portrait Gallery’s web-site, BP Portrait Awards Catalogue, Direct Art Magazine and Artist’s Magazine.
